Ide-ate , Innov-ate , Elabor-ate

Yes... I have deliberately hyphenated the ate of the 3 critical words that we hear in our day to day life at work... everyday your Boss comes to you and asks you to Innovate , Be Innovative , Do things Originatively... we in turn Innovate... Yes we Innovate because someone asked us to Innovate... though it may not be Innovation really, it may just be a copy over of something but we claim it to be a Innovation..... we actually tell the world we Innovated... but then we have eaten up (Ate) the Innovation...

We step into the user group to debate , discuss technology , we try to enforce our views on everyone.. we claim that what we do or want to do is the best... in turn we loose the Idea part ... we eatup the Idea ..resulting in again doing something that we are asked to do.. not on our own...

When somebody asks us to do something, we in turn ask for details...we want things to be elaborated... we want details so we can do our jobs well... in asking of too much information we forget that we need to pick up from one point and take it to the rest.... we want everything ready made.... do we care to pick up a word and make a sentence of it?

In the world of expectations... have we lost our way to Innovate ? Ideate ? Jubilate? well all we are doing is surrogating things.... Ideas , Innovations... lets try to do something different...
