Chip it in , dont shout!!!!

Yes.. sometimes you just have to chip it in... without making a lot of fuss or noise... the moment you do.. you are tend to be under a radar.. and that is something that can cause you a hell.... Imagine why Bing's 1 hour outage was so much hyped .... Eventually Bing's map functionality was all over the internet and twitter for variety of reasons... and then you get your reputation hawked .... 1 hour downtime and people start talking...

Eventually twitter introduced its best mobile website and everyone noticed.. eventually there was no mention of its launch... surprise surprise.. when I accessed it over my mobile it looked amazing and nice... works? Yes it was chip in...

Google recently did a same trick... the http://www.google.com/dictionary was chipped in.. what a cool feature to have.. I quite liked it ... specially the conversion stuff that works amazing... and since it is chipped in so quietly it is very well appreciated...

I like it... should we not just chip in our cool features? cool product tools? leave it for the customers to find it and then go and ask for the feedback?.... remember the Firefox development guys?
